So this is what 500 cupcakes look like. We had some friends of the family get married on 08-08-08. So we made 500 cupcakes for their open house. It was crazy! I was so exhausted. I think I am still trying to recover. My mom fell ill the morning of the open house, so it was kind of a push to finish on time since she was unable to help me that day. It was a very long day, but a lot of fun to see everything all done and put together!!

Girl- you can always call me to come help!! BUt there's NO WAY I could've done anything nearly that beautiful with cupcakes- I'd have been good for cleaning up frosting just like CP!
I just realized I don't have your phone number and I'm considering an impromtu trip up to Park City Outlets again later on today around1pm or so.
